What could be better than attending your first child's field day on a sunny, 73 degree morning!? I brought Calvin and Gordon and we enjoyed the games, relay races and music. Calvin and Gordon even found a couple friends that were the same age to kick a ball around while I watched Oliver.
After field day, we celebrated good behavior with doughnuts, Calvin's choice. He was thrilled. I forced a cake doughnut on Gordon and he stared at it wondering what it was with the absence of icing.
